It is important to understand that stress can occur to all of us- it is the body’s way to alert us to trouble.
However, in many cases, in modern society, we are struck by stress from our jobs, financial pressures, family issues, and the list goes on and on.
You could alsmost fill in the blanks here.
However, there are ways to manage these issues, and they should be managed.
I have found that by exercising regularly, to relax, I am able to also think more clearly.
Have you ever gone for a brisk walk, on an early summer’s day, or had a brief, but enjoyable bit of exercise, and felt great after wards?
This is the release of endorphins in your body, also similar to after a great belly laugh, and such like.
