The number one reason people are successful is how they think and what they believe. Really – it’s that simple. This may sound overly simplistic. Certainly a secret cannot be revealed in just two words you say! Well, if you think about it. Secrets are often very simple “nuggets of truth” or “gems of wisdom”.

I could probably write a whole book about the “secret” of this or that. In fact, writing a whole book creates the perception that the secret to be revealed is so incredibly valuable that it certainly must take a whole book to explain.

In fact, the actual secret may not even be revealed as in the case with Napolean Hill’s classic best seller Think and Grow Rich. In the beginning of his book, he alludes to the fact that there is an underlying secret revealed dozens of times throughout the book, but never labels any of his concepts as being one of “the secrets”.

I wonder if the way Napolean Hill titled his book had anything to do with the title of William Wattle’s book published before in 1910, ”The Science of Getting Rich”.  Both titles suggest a method of “getting rich”. Both authors chose not to use the word “secret”. Perhaps in those days, that would seem to diminish the value of their content. Perhaps in those days, revealing a secret is something done privately. Although Napolean Hill did not use it in the title, he alluded to it at the beginning of his book. So in his own way, he is saying that his book does indeed reveal secrets to wealth and riches.

Napolean Hill stated in his book: “The starting point of all achievement is desire” Do you consider that a “secret”?.

There are many other secrets contained in the book. Faith for instance, is a state of mind, a belief that gives rise to greater action than merely the thought itself. Other concepts are persistence, having an organized plan, a mastermind group, the power of the subconscious mind, decision, imagination and others.

What I find interesting is that the recent revival of many of these ideas was resurrected in the movie “The Secret” which is based on the ”Law of Attraction” which actually can be traced back to the late 19th century. Napolean Hill touches upon the concept of Law of Attraction when discussing the subconscious mind, the power of autosuggestion, desire and the mastermind principles.

In fact anyone who is an avid follower of the Law of Attraction “movement” should indeed read Think and Grow Rich and be amazed that many of the so called “secrets” are not really new or newly revealed as in the movie.

I find the term definiteness of purpose to be similar to the “power of intention” which is another term based on these principles, just packaged differently. Thought plays a key role here. Faith in circumstances beyond your apparent control (letting go and allowing the Universe to work) gives rise to the “magic” of manifesting your intentions. Merely having good intentions do not guarantee results.

I hear a lot of people stating that the Law of Attraction “doesn’t work” (for them). They should read Think and Grow Rich and then fully understand the theory behind the Power of Intention, (perhaps read Wayne Dywer’s book, The Power of Intention).

It all starts with the mind, the thoughts and desire which creates the catalyst for manifestation. Of course it doesn’t hurt to having a “burning” desire. Do you see the difference between simply having a desire (a form of wanting) and a burning desire? The burning denotes an emotional reason behind the purpose which gives rise to a higher vibration associated with the thought of desire.

I encourage everyone to add these principles to their arsenal of self improvement strategies, be persistent in your path to success and most of all, have faith.

Can anything and everything be sold online through Google Adwords? Frankly, the astounding answer is yes! If a human wants it, you can put it in front of them. The Google Adwords interface is the single most powerful direct-response medium currently on the planet. With 300 million daily searches, with a little bit of imagination and creativity you can find a target niche for your product.

Think of Google Cash as a starting point rather than a be-all-end-all solution. For the price, it delivers great value. But you have to take action with this guide. Even though it lays out the step-by-step path to follow, you’ll still have to invest the hours building your keyword campaigns and creating your Google projects. These days, it seems like everyone wants to work

Think and Grow Rich Would have to be one of the better books I have read, regarding business.

It contains the essence of 13 principles.

You’re about to learn secrets that many do not know about thinking and growing rich!

Quite simply, wealth is available to all of us, in massive amounts, but for many of us, we have simply not received the right education relating to its attainment.

Success University

Success University is a new concept in online education, and personal development.

It is a whole new development program, with a multitude of courses available, to meet every area of your life.

I chose to place this entry on the eBook blog, as I genuinely believe that Success University is able to present to you a range of courses, and information, spanning a multitudem of disciplines, from personal development as a group, all the way to communication improvement, financial management, relationships, interaction, and more.

To begin with, my introduction to Success University meant that I had a steady stream of courses I could choose from, and work on them in my own time. What a bonus. Unlike traditional home study, correspondence courses, I could work at not only my own pace, but also complete an entire course in a night if I wanted to.
I could revise the material, and take the test when it suited me. A perfect soultion for today’s hectic lifestyles that we all seam to be living.

In the ‘olden days’, I took a correspondence course, which included separate modules being mailed to me, only after I’d completed the previous one. In itself, quite a resonable arrangement, but after finishing one module, I had to wait for the postman, and so on. My progress could only go at a certain pace.

I always wanted to improve my personal development in many areas, as no matter where I am, I feel there is always an area or two that I can improve on.

This is a really important point.

Do you ever remember a time when you said to yourself, “Now, I can relax, as I’ve achieved this goal”.

I suspect we have all at one time or another, said this, or somethig similar.

The interesting point here, is that no matter how high we soar, we always need to be striving for higher again.

Why?

Simple.

When we start to think we have reached the top, we start to decline, if we do not maintain, and strive higher again.

This is a natural law, and it applies to everything.

The world keeps moving on, and we need to be moving with it, and progress to our highest potential.
