I am a long time reader of Norman Vincent Peale, and can assure you, that the information in this book is life changing. It is not just a case of reading about a few feel good facts, but rather a very well written series of examples, and recollections of stories, situations if you will, that people suffered, and needed help with.

Thses situations will be similar to our lives, in many ways.

Understanding the best methods to deal with stress, which is really our body’s self protection system in over drive, and overcoming our fears is a major skill to own.

I wholly encourage you to read this manual, and I know you will benefit immensely from its teachings.

They are timeless pieces of information.

I can recount one story, being that a women was having difficulty with relationships, and wanted help in this area. She explained her situation to Dr Peale, who then explained his reactions, and advice, given her behaviour.

All turned out well, and it was an inspiring story, relating to the improvement of human relationships.

I highly encourage you to look through this manual, as well as others on the self help site.

I assure you the information is life changing.
